Amended Silicates
Amended Silicates is a non-flammable, concrete compatible product for mercury removal. The non-carbon product removes mercury from coal-fired power plant flue gas emissions. It uses a natural mineral compound as its base component and is manufactured without excessive emissions and energy consumption. This chemical makeup allows the product to remove mercuryfrom coal plant emissions, and is both non-flammable and non-abrasive - properties that protect the physical plant investments.
